Within the scope of the BIOMASUD PLUS-Developing the sustainable market of residential Mediterranean solid biofuels" project which Energy Institute is partner, BIOMASUD PLUS - Biomass Certification in Turkey" workshop was held in İstanbul. In the workshop held on December 13, 2018, "Biomass Certification" was handled with the point of views from academy, TÜBİTAK, producers and certification and inspection bodies. The BIOMASUD certification system is currently being implemented in Spain, Portugal and France. BIOMASUD PLUS project aims to extend its implementation to Turkey, Italy, Slovenia, Greece, Croatia.
